At Mitzi, we want you to love your lighting; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all fixtures are in their original packaging and have not been installed or modified.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the item securely in its original box with all protective padding, hardware, and instructions to ensure it arrives back to us in sellable condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, affix it to the outside of the carton, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned lighting, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
